Medical/Dental Benefits

Full time employees are eligible to participate the first of the month following 90 days of employment. You and the company share the cost of these coverage's.

Cafeteria of Benefits Plan

This plan allows you to reduce your taxable earnings by the amount of the benefits you elect. Under this plan employees do not have to pay taxes on the amount of their earnings they use for certain expenses such as insurance, child care, medical, dental and vision expense. Your payroll department will explain the plan to you.

401K Plan

Employees who qualify for profit sharing qualify for the 401 K plan. This plan allows you to defer taxable income by contribution to a tax deferred savings plan.
